****Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Notify your Certify Upskill Account Executive immediately if changes are needed. You are responsible for confirming your enrollment after receiving the confirmation email. You confirm that all students meet the course prerequisites and have reviewed the course outline and exam objectives (if applicable). Open Enrollment / Private Events: 15 business days’ notice is required to reschedule with no fee. Less than 15 calendar days’ notice will incur a 50% or higher rebooking fee. Dedicated / On-site Classes: Additional students are charged $100 per student per day for applications classes and $400 per student per day for technical classes. Enrollment begins on the invoice date and is valid for 12 months from the order agreement date.
Courseware
If physical courseware is used, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address. Once digital courseware is downloaded, you are responsible for the full cost even if you later withdraw from the class.
Disclaimer & Liability
You agree to release and hold harmless Certify Upskill, its representatives, partners, and affiliates from any liabilities, claims, or damages related to our services, except in cases of gross negligence. All opinions, recommendations, and materials are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. You grant Certify Upskill permission to photograph you and your representatives and to use your name, company name, and logo in marketing materials without compensation. Non-Solicitation: You agree not to solicit, recruit, or hire any Certify Upskill employee for any purpose for 3 years from the date of your last engagement without our express written consent.
Legal Terms
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to pay all collection and enforcement costs incurred by Certify Upskill.
